You will learn how HR goes beyond hiring and payroll to become a strategic part of business success. The course covers all core HR functions, including legal responsibilities and human rights in the workplace. You will take a closer look at real-world HR practices in Canadian organizations, including promoting workplace diversity, job design, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and employee-labour relations.
