Leadership is not simply management; you don't need a job title like supervisor or boss to be a leader. In this multidisciplinary introduction to leadership studies, you will evaluate and apply leadership theories and styles to yourself and to broader society. You will reflect on your leadership potential and identify areas for positive change by exploring personality, interpersonal communication, intercultural communication and emotional intelligence. Lastly, you will apply exemplary leadership practices to conduct a leadership analysis of a societal issue and its leader.
