Leadership is not simply management; you don't require the job title of supervisor or boss to be a leader. In this multidisciplinary introduction to leadership studies, you will evaluate and apply theories and styles of leadership to yourself and the wider society. You will reflect on your leadership potential and identify areas for positive change by exploring personality, interpersonal communication, intercultural communication and emotional intelligence. Lastly, you will apply practices of exemplary leadership to conduct a leadership analysis of a societal issue and its leader.
