Emphasis is placed on identifying systemic barriers, adapting communication for diverse audiences, and critically analyzing the role of privilege, power, and bias in workplace communication. You will examine HR communication strategies that support reconciliation, accessibility, and diversity, and learn how to craft inclusive policies and professional correspondence.
