This course addresses the strategic planning process from an interdisciplinary and risk management approach. Strategic planning defines an enterprise's future direction and resource allocation. Course modules include strategic analysis and comparison, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Text, case studies, and computer models will be used extensively throughout the strategic planning process.
