Leadership and professionalism are key attributes of business professionals. In this course, you will examine components of both leadership and professionalism. Areas of focus will include building and leading teams, as well as facilitating and collaborating within and between groups and organizations. Additional competencies covered include change management and coaching/mentoring skills. You will compare various other points of view (followers, bureaucrats, administrators and contrarians) with the leadership point of view. Students will also develop leader profiles based on their own experience.
