Leadership and professionalism are key attributes of business professionals. In this course you will examine components of both leadership and professionalism. Areas of focus will include building and leading teams as well as facilitation and collaboration within and between groups and organizations. Additional competencies covered include change management and coaching/mentoring skills. You will compare various other points of view (follower's, bureaucrat's, administrators and contrarian's) with the leadership point of view. Students will also develop leader profiles based on their own experience.
