In this course, you will be introduced to the discipline of Organizational Development (OD) and the strategies, structures and processes that promote organizational effectiveness. You will develop the ability to plan and implement organizational interventions to create interpersonal, group, inter-group, or organization-wide change in ways that gain support of organization members. You will explore theoretical and historical foundations of the field, a range of Organization Development interventions, dynamics of the change process and resistance to change in organizations, and the strategic role of human resources in contributing to organizational goals.
