Organizations are increasingly relying on project management to organize resources, control costs, and enhance operational outcomes. This course introduces you to the project management process. Specific areas covered will include the project manager's role, project selection, initiation, risk management, project budgeting, scheduling, controlling, and closing. You will gain practical skills in project management and reporting using industry-standard software. The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework will also be introduced. Additionally, PMP Certification exam questions will be reviewed and applied.
