In this course you will learn to plan and manage the use of industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems including pumps, valves, actuators, accumulators and intensifiers. You will analyze and design fluid power systems for common industrial applications. The student will examine how power flows in fluid power systems to do work. You will build and analyze basic hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
