Description:

In this course, you will use computer modelling tools to design, analyse and optimize mechanical systems and components. You will use Inventor modelling tools to author structural shapes, build modelled structures with them, and analyse them using finite element methods and other techniques in Inventor. You will use computer software to perform analysis and optimization of complex mechanical systems.

    • CAPT1238 - Computer Applications II AND
    • CAPT1337 - Computer Aided Design and Rapid Prototyping AND
    • MECH1430 - Mechanics of Materials II
