This course will provide the student with an introduction to repair technologies. Machine disassembly and assembly will be highlighted. Identifying mechanical problems and their solutions will be central to the course. Alignment and machinery considerations will be summarized. Pneumatic and hydraulic systems will be analyzed for their components, function and serviceability. The selection of appropriate tools for repair will be discussed in terms of industry standards.
