Course Title: Mathematics IV - Calculus II
Code:
MATH1434PAdmit Term:
2028 Winter 1281Credits:
4Description:
In this course, you will learn integrations of transcendental functions, such as integrations by partial fractions using non-repeated linear factors, repeated linear factors, and quadratic factors. You will learn to solve first-order differential equations by using the separation of variables and integrating factors. You will also learn to solve second-order homogeneous differential equations using auxiliary equations with two real roots, repeated real roots or complex roots. Finally, using a DC source, you will learn how to solve first- and second-order differential equations using Laplace transform and apply all methods to RC, RL, and RLC circuits.
