Description:

In this course you will build an understanding of both R-Studio software and Microsoft excel, and their ability to assist in statistical calculations. You will learn how to input statistical data into the software as well as how to interpret the results in an applied context. Both univariate and bivariate data will be summarized using descriptive statistics, where after they will be presented using both graphical techniques, as well as computer software. In addition to investigating basic probability theory, and applying it to probability distributions, you will make use of the normal distribution to perform inferential statistics as well as investigate various sampling techniques; enabling you to draw conclusions and make statistical predictions.
