Description:

In this course you will apply basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and percents. You will apply these skills to the calculation of unit and portion costs. You will calculate selling prices using simple formulas and a calculator. You will also learn and apply general Microsoft Excel skills utilized in a culinary environment. All applications are directly related to the Food Service Industry.
