In this course you will learn how to use a calculator effectively to aid you in performing a variety of core mathematical skills. These skills include the study of fractions, decimals, signed numbers, and percents. As well you will learn how to set up and manipulate ratios, find perimeters, areas and volumes and right angle trigonometry. Your skills will be developed through practical applications related to the estimating of materials, pricing, foundations, framing, roofing and wall covering.
