In this course you will examine the Law Society of Ontario's Rules of Professional Conduct and practice management guidelines for Lawyers and Law Clerks, as well as legislation related to diversity, equality, discrimination, and protection of confidential client information. You will learn to conduct yourself professionally in adherence to the guidelines of the Law Society of Ontario and this applicable legislation. Particular attention will be paid to ethics, professionalism and acting equitably and justly with diverse populations.
