In this course you will learn about the 'Families of Law' that have spread around the world. You will learn the criminal law histories, procedures and structures of the selected model nations. You will explore the internationalization of law and the impact of the 'law of nations' as expressed in treaties, covenants and conventions. You will examine supra-national institutions in the enforcement and processing of international legal norms.
