Description:

You will interpret elements of offences related to weapons, the Firearms Act, and the Controlled Drug and Substances Act. You will explore the law related to search and seizure as it relates to weapons and various substances. You will examine provisions of other federal statutes and their relationship to the Criminal Code of Canada.
