You will learn the arrest authorities, search and seizure authorities and offences contained in the Provincial Offences Act, Mental Health Act, Coroners Act, Tenant Protection Act, Liquor License Act, Family Law Act, Child and Family Services Act, and Private Investigators and Security Guards Act. You will explore the interaction between enforcement and support agencies.
