Description:

This course applies the rules of Rules of Annual Practice in the steps involved in a civil action and the drafting of civil litigation documents. Students will learn how to proceed through a civil litigation file in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice by applying the Rules of Annual Practice and preparing pleadings and other documentation in the civil litigation process. The students will also examine the Accident Benefits regime in the Province of Ontario.
