This course introduces you to the common law and statutory law surrounding marriages, common law relationships and divorce. You will learn procedures followed in divorce and family law proceedings in the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Court Branch. You will prepare domestic contracts, financial statements and the documentation required in contested and uncontested divorce proceedings in the Ontario Superior Court Justice, Family Court Branch.
