This course is a continuation of Real Estate Law and Conveyancing I. You will continue to explore the substantive law of real estate, including the Planning Act and its effects on real estate transactions, including searching title. Applying the Planning Act, you will complete a search of title for part of a lot. You will become acquainted with the legal procedures necessary when acting on the purchase, sale and mortgage of lands. Using industry standard real estate software, you will prepare all legal documentation required to complete a real estate transaction.
