You will examine the substantive law of contracts and torts. Your introduction to the law of torts will include an examination of both intentional and unintentional torts with a focus on negligence law. Contract fundamentals will include the requirements for the formation of a legally valid contract, different types of contracts, common mistakes, misrepresentation and remedies for breach of contract.
