In this course, you will integrate the key learnings gained throughout the program by partnering with an organization within the community (private or not-for-profit sector). As an emerging international trade professional, you will examine this organization's challenges from a holistic perspective, conduct a needs analysis, diagnose the organizational issues related to internationalization, and make recommendations for implementation. Throughout this experience, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of international issues in all functional areas of the internationalization process and the ability to formulate solutions that meet organizational needs.
