Description:

In this course, you will explore immigration procedures relative to the admission of refugees and permanent residents. You will learn the procedures used in refugee determination and immigrant selection. You will also examine the Section 44 report, hearing, its process and its outcomes. You will also learn to detect counterfeit documents and the different ways that they are being used unlawfully.
