Repeat client retention is a key to success in the hairstyling industry. In this course, you will obtain the skills needed for successful professionalism, including life skills, interpersonal skills, dressing for success, and ethical skills for use every day and in the future. Through a series of in-class activities, you will start to build the required skills and attitudes to be a successful salon professional. In both a classroom and industry setting, elements of professionalism, etiquette, volunteerism, networking and service will be enforced.
