Topics in this course will include the chemistry associated with perming and straightening hair, as well as designing, winding, and wrapping techniques. To ensure the desired outcome is achieved, students will learn to analyze differences in hair and scalp and to determine the client's expectations before applying the principles of chemical hair processing.
