You examine primary employment legislation, learn employer obligations and employee rights, and connect legal requirements to real workplace situations. You will apply legal concepts through cases and HR-focused activities, strengthening your ability to interpret laws, assess compliance issues, and support fair, legally sound workplace decisions. By the end, you will build skills that prepare you to confidently navigate employment standards, human rights, health and safety, and other key legal areas in your future HR career.
