Description:

The concepts entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in the context of hospitality and tourism are explored in this course. Students will evaluate and develop their own entrepreneurial skills and consider how skills are applicable to career success in hospitality and related fields. Students will also consider the processes involved in developing plans for business including topics such as problem identification, market research and financing.
