You will use specific references to tort law, contract law, the sale of alcohol, the Innkeepers' Act, the Occupiers' Liability Act, and the responsibilities under the law related to successfully managing guest safety and security. You will formulate strategies and techniques to manage and minimize costs and liabilities associated with risks in the multi-faceted hospitality setting.
