This course is designed for the learner to develop introductory skills in the evaluation of spirits, liqueurs, coffees, teas and cannabis. The course will provide the opportunity for students to explore mixology and how different ingredients work together to create cocktails. Upon completion students will gain a clearer understanding of the importance that these products play in the success of a hospitality operation.
