You will be introduced to the industry standard in production of crops in a greenhouse environment. You will investigate the technical aspects of greenhouse crop production with selected examples that demonstrate innovative production principles. You will research innovation in greenhouse production through industry guest speakers/field trips and/or applied research projects that will enhance the application of the principles of production. You will also investigate the challenges of regulations and border issues that impact this industry and the importance on native and alternative crops.
