This course will develop your ability to gather and analyze resources to submit a quote for a variety of landscape construction projects. The course will include background information on business models to help you set budgets, project revenue and expenses, and develop an overhead ratio that can be applied to the estimate. Projects will include completing residential proposals and commercial tender documents. Project management schedules will be created and integrated into the oral and written proposals to help track profit/loss. Company culture, management, motivation, and business strategy will also be explored through role-playing.
