Description:

This course will develop your abilities to gather and analyze the resources available to submit a quote for a variety of landscape construction projects. The course will include background information on business models that will allow you to set budgets, project revenue and expenses and develop an overhead ratio that can be applied to the estimate. Projects will include completing residential proposals and commercial tender documents. Project management schedules will be created and integrated into the oral and written proposals to help track profit/loss. Company culture, management, motivation and business strategy will be topics also explored using role playing.
