You will expand your knowledge of current crop production practices in the nursery industry by exploring growing techniques through practical activities. You will use the tools necessary to implement an IPM program in nurseries. Using the Niagara College nursery, you will investigate a variety of practices used in container nursery crop production. You will also be exposed to regulatory issues and marketing trends in the nursery industry.
