You will be expanding your knowledge of current crop production practices in the nursery industry by exploring growing techniques during practical activities. You will be using the tools necessary for the implementation of an IPM program in nurseries. Using the Niagara College nursery, you will investigate a variety of practices used in container nursery crop production. You will also be exposed to the regulatory aspects and marketing trends within the nursery industry.
