In this course you will focus on the macro elements involved in event management. You will examine the types of events (e.g. corporate, cultural, sports, festivals) and methods for achieving maximum customer satisfaction and profitability for a successful event. Using selected festivals & events, you will have an opportunity to further your understanding of the theory and procedures essential to create, operate and evaluate events. You will examine event components and stages necessary for successful events.
