Separate modules will address fish, birds, terrestrial insects, and reptiles and amphibians relevant to restoration. This includes undesirable pest species, protected species at risk, indicator species, and species strongly associated with essential ecosystem functions. Emphasis will be placed on recognizing their role in restored systems and on identifying key group characteristics that would help classify other species within that taxon more easily.
