Effective communication skills have always been a top priority of employers. This course will focus on the communication skills essential in the field of ecosystem restoration. Topics to be covered include effective oral and written communications, sales and selling techniques and conflict resolution. Students will be required to practice and hone their skills in these areas and will be given practical applications wherever possible.
