This course will provide you with specific training on how to apply federal and provincial (Ontario) Environmental Assessment legislation to proposed projects. Related legislation will be reviewed with you such as the Planning Act, Environmental Protection Act, etc. and their interrelationships will be explored. The application of case studies will highlight strategies and nuances of the legislation and give you experience in preparing applications. Both Individual and Class Environmental Assessments will be addressed.
