In this course, students will develop skills and practical knowledge to locate and apply various environmental laws and regulations, including the Environmental Protection Act, the Ontario Water Resources Act, Ontario Regulation 419 (formerly Regulation 346), Regulation 347, and other related environmental legislation. With a practical understanding of environmental laws, students will have the information to help protect themselves and their companies from potential litigation while also helping preserve the environment.
