This course will provide skills and practical knowledge for applying various environmental laws and regulations, such as the Environmental Protection Act and the Ontario Water Resources Act. Reg.347, Ont. Reg.419/05 (previously Ont. Reg. 346), Ont. Reg.362 and other related environmental legislation. With a practical understanding of environmental laws, students will have the information to protect themselves and their companies from potential litigation while also helping preserve the environment.
