You will practice advanced assessment skills necessary to perform pre-hospital care interventions for a variety of patient presentations. You will demonstrate clinical reasoning based on assessment findings in simulated practice settings. You must perform two-person lifts and transfers of patients weighing up to 95 kilograms (210 pounds) in a safe, smooth, controlled manner, utilizing appropriate patient-lifting equipment, consistently and competently in accordance with all applicable standards.
