Description:

This course builds on the fundamental skills learned in your introductory PLC course by providing you with the necessary tools to configure and implement modern Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs). You will be introduced to the Allen-Bradley ControlLogix platform of programmable automation controller leveraging the RSLogix/Studio 5000 Integrated Development Environment. The student will also be introduced to Human Machine Interface programming (HMI) leveraging modern industrial HMI development software, namely, Rockwell's FactoryTalk View Studio.
