This course will provide you with the tools to support diverse learners as they transition into the education system, between grades, divisions, and to adulthood. You will learn alternative learning expectations not included in the Ontario curriculum that support learning socially and meet the goals of communication, behaviour and functionality. As well, you will gain skills in communicating effectively with parents and guardians as you prepare the learner for adulthood.
