Description:

The primary purpose of this course is to assist you in developing the skills necessary for bridging from the role of a student to becoming a professional Early Childhood Educator. You have an opportunity to develop interpersonal ECE workplace skills for application in early childhood settings. You will also examine your rights and responsibilities in the ECE setting, as well as your role in personal health promotion. Techniques for developing positive interpersonal relationships with the various personality types encountered in ECE settings will also be explored, along with a professional development plan.
