You will focus on the roles and responsibilities of an Educational Assistant and Support Worker in different workplace settings. The development of professional attitudes, following of ethical guidelines and teamwork, and the development of appropriate oral and written communication skills will be enhanced. You will gain philosophical and practical knowledge that will better equip you to be competent in your field, both as a provider of services to individuals with disabilities and as a prospective employee.
