This course introduces you to the technology, terminology, production techniques and materials of the Graphic Design industry. You will become familiar at the spectrum of design technologies used to create graphic design projects for web, new media and print. Using individual and group work, you will examine and assess the specific needs of a client project, evaluate the workflow, development and management required and the printing or output device(s) best suited to bring the project to completion. You will also explore printing and finishing techniques to create effective solutions to design problems and client needs.
