Description:

You will use Revit software to create a single, detached residential building from a conceptual site layout to completed floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. Architectural and structural design requirements will be considered. Emphasis will be placed upon the progressive logical sequence of events to ensure your design meets local Municipal Bylaws and Ontario Building Code guidelines. You will work independently to create your 3D design model and the required construction documents associated with the plan that will be submitted to the building department.
